Instructions for setting up e-mail in Outlook Express:
Open Outlook Express
First choose Tools, then Accounts

When the Internet Accounts Dialog box opens, click on the Mail tab,
then click Add, then Mail

Type in a Display name, then choose next.

Enter your email address, then choose next.

Choose an incoming mail server type (usually Pop3). Type in your server
address for incoming and outgoing mail. This is usually mail then a
period "." then your web name including the "dot com",
then choose next. If your e-mail is through a different
company you might have to change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server to
your ISP's outgoing mail server.

Enter the user name and password (case sensitive) given by your email
provider, then choose next

Click on Finish

Close the Internet Accounts Dialog box using the Close button
