by UPS with 2 backup natural gas generators. Facility is monitored
and under video surveillance 24/7. Server room air is filtered
and climate controlled. 99.998% uptime - in fact, 99.99%
uptime since 1999!

only applies to accounts paid one year in full in advance. No
refunds.
The Personal
plans are intended for low bandwidth use only. If you're expecting
thousands of hits or if you're running video clips you will need
to upgrade to one of our Business plans. Bandwidth numbers are
monthly, and are approximate - call or e-mail us for pricing if
you need additional bandwidth.
The Corporate
plan includes one free domain name registration.
E-mail accounts
include 100mb of space for each address. This space is above and
beyond the web site space. Click here

Accounts
are billed quarterly. Terms are net 20 days on approved credit.
Accounts past due are subject to service fees, and interruptions
in service (with prior notice). A $25 re-connect fee is charged
for accounts interrupted due to non-payment.
We have not raised our hosting prices since 1999, but we reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Accounts paid in advance lock in their pricing for that period and will not receive any increases during that time period.
Daily updated
web statistics page available at no extra charge. It's password
protected and shows in depth detail of the number of hits on each
page, where the hits are coming from, search engines and phrases
used, etc.
